Refund policy

Daily Bottle Drop must be notified within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you suspect something is wrong with your bottle just give us a call a 718-667-0009 or send an email to info@liquorcabinetsi.com.   We will be happy to assist as we cannot take back any opened bottles.  If you have other bottles within the same shipment you wish to return, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package or refund to you. For this reason, it is important that you notify us of any error immediately to ensure the most prompt and adequate resolution for you.
