Where we ship
- We currently ship wine to eligible U.S. states where permitted by law. An adult (21+) signature is required on delivery.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. For questions about your state, please contact us before ordering.
Processing times
- Orders placed by 12:00 pm ET ship the same or next business day (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- Ground delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days depending on distance from our warehouse. Your tracking page will show the most accurate ETA.
Shipping Costs
Simple, flat‑rate shipping (Ground) We keep shipping predictable—and we subsidize most carrier costs so your bottles arrive safe and fast.
- 1–2 bottles: $19 flat
- 3–6 bottles: $24 flat
- 7–11 bottles: $29 flat
- Full case (12 bottles): $19 flat (we cover the rest)
Why the $19 full‑case rate is a great deal
- A typical 12‑bottle shipment costs ~$45+ with adult‑signature, protective packaging, and residential delivery. We take care of most of that so your case ships for just $19—no surprises at checkout.
Order sizes over 12 bottles
- Each full case (12 bottles) ships for $19.
- Any remaining partial case uses the applicable 1–11 bottle rate above.
- Example: 15 bottles = $19 (first 12) + $14 (3 bottles).
Packaging and protection
- Breakage‑proof shippers: All bottles are packed in industry‑standard, protective cartons designed for safe transit.
- Adult signature: Carriers require a 21+ signature; consider shipping to a business address to ensure first‑attempt delivery.
Weather policy (hot/cold months)
- Your wine matters. In extreme heat or cold, we may recommend a complimentary weather hold until conditions improve. If you need immediate delivery, we offer a cold‑pack upgrade at checkout (additional fee) to help protect your bottles in transit.
Address changes, re‑delivery, and missed deliveries
- Once in transit, address changes or re‑routes may incur carrier fees. Missed deliveries may trigger a second attempt or a pickup at a local carrier facility (adult ID required).
Damages and issues
- In the rare event of damage, photograph the box and bottles within 48 hours and email support with your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Taxes and fees
- Applicable state/local taxes are calculated at checkout. Adult‑signature fees are included in our flat rates—no surprise add‑ons.
Carrier partners
- We ship via licensed carriers (e.g., UPS/FedEx) experienced with adult‑signature alcohol deliveries.
Pre‑order and backorder items
- If your order includes pre‑order items, we’ll ship once the full order is ready. Need split shipping? Contact support and we’ll do our best to accommodate (additional shipping may apply).
